The mission of the Brockman Foundation’s Medical Research Grant Program is to reduce human suffering and enhance human potential through supporting leading-edge medical research and innovative preventative, therapeutic, interventional, technological and educationalprogram.
The broad foci of the Brockman Foundation’s Medical Research Grant Program are basic, translational, and clinical research in the areas outlined as follows: Cancer, Cardiovascular Disorders, Infectious Diseases, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Neurodegenerative Diseases, Neuropsychiatric Disorders, and Trauma.

Our Scientific Advisory Board, chaired by Dr. Stuart Yudofsky, makes recommendations to the Foundation about which projects to support. Dr. Yudofsky’s colleagues on the Advisory Board include Dr. Orli Etingin, Dr. Peter Hotez, Dr. Raymond Sawaya, and Mr. Robert T. Brockman.
